Dr. Nathan Moore

Dr Moore attended Dixie College and received his Associate of Science degree. He then continued to Southern Utah University to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology with a minor in chemistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1999.

After graduating from dental school Dr. Moore served for 3 years of active duty as a Dental Officer in United States Navy. He spent time in Oceanside, CA and Yuma, AZ. He currently servers in the Navy Reserves.

Dr. Moore is married and has four children. His oldest daughter is in college and plans to be a Dental Hygienist. He enjoys coaching his children in baseball, soccer, and basketball. Dr. Moore enjoys being in the outdoors and participates in backpacking, fishing, camping, and hunting in the backcountry of Southern Utah.

Dr Moore exceeds his yearly quota in continuing education programs in the following areas:
